% 12.09.2019 The present petition has been filed to seek the following reliefs: "i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or directions declaring the entire acquisition proceedings in respect of the land of Petitioners measuring 5 bigha 11 biswas comprised in old khasra no. 209 min (4-0) and old khasra no 2635/1678/2 min (1-11) and new khasra no 1266 (1-11), situated in Revenue Estate of Village Mehrauli, New Delhi, under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to have lapsed in view of Section 24 (2) of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. ii. Direct the respondents to initiate the proceedings of such land acquisition afresh in accordance with the provisions of New Land Acquisition Act.

iii. Pass any further order/s that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh incorporating the averments to explain the delay in filing the writ petition.
