By filing the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of arranging funds for the treatment of his father as well as for re-establishing social ties. 2.
Nominal roll of the petitioner has been received as per which the petitioner availed three weeks furlough in the recent past i.e. with effect from 22.08.2015 to 12.09.2015.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
