This arbitration appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant under Section 37(2)(B) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') against order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator under Section 17 of 1996 Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submits that during the pendency of the appeal, proceedings before the learned Arbitrator have concluded and the award has been reserved on 14.04.2025 for pronouncement.
