% 27.04.2016 After some arguments, it has been agreed that the suit property which is shop bearing no.46-D (ground floor), Kamla Nagar, Delhi (as shown in red colour in the site plan annexed with this petition) will be vacated by the tenant on or before 31.12.2017. It has also been undertaken that from the date of the impugned order i.e. w.e.f. 18.5.2015 user charges will be paid by the tenant to the landlord @ Rs.8000/- per month. This amount shall be paid on or before 7th day of each English calendar month and all arrears which have accrued on this count as also the arrears prior thereto (at the admitted rate of rent) shall be cleared by the petitioner-tenant within a period of six weeks from today. Needless to state that at the time of handing over vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property, the petitioner shall clear all electricity and water charges. All these facts shall be incorporated in an undertaking by way of affidavit to be filed by the petitioner-
tenant within a period of two weeks from today failing which the respondent-landlord shall be at liberty to execute the decree. Petition disposed of.
