% 19.09.2016 1.

Faced with the reasoning of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in paragraph 15 of the order dated May 13, 2015, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as regards the merits of the said order which has been affirmed by the appellate order, the petitioner has no case to argue save and except on the point that after the impugned orders were passed the petitioner has lost his job and in respect of which assertion of the petitioner he has already moved an application before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. 2.

If that be so, the impugned orders cannot be interdicted. Subsequent change of events has already been brought by the petitioner to the notice of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

4.

The next date of hearing in the application filed by the petitioner before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate is November 22, 2016. 5.
