Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has not contacted him to pursue the petition. She has gone out of India.

Order dated 22.07.2016 of the Co-ordinate Bench in CRl.M.C.3194/2015 'Khalida vs. The State (NCT of Delhi) & ors.' has been produced where it is specifically recorded that the petitioner has left the country.

She expressed her desire to depose through video conferencing.

Order further records that the said petition was withdrawn with liberty to take remedies in case the need arose. CRL.M.C. 4939/2015

Since the petitioner has not contacted the learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that she is not interested in the prosecution of the present petition filed for quashing of the FIR No.282/2015 lodged at PS Dwarka (Sector 23) under Sections 383/384/388/389/ 499/500/120B/34 IPC.

Learned APP informs that the matter is still under investigation and charge-sheet has not yet been filed.
