CRL. M. A. 3982/2016 By the present application, the petitioner seeks condonation of 56 days delay in re-filing the present petition. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay in re-filing the present petition is condoned. Application stands disposed of.

CONT.CAS.(CRL) 3/2016 We have brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the petitioner that relevant documents and orders have not been placed on record including the order passed in the Contempt Petition (Civil) which was filed by the petitioner.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. He submits that he would file a fresh petition on the same permission which has been granted by the Standing Counsel to initiate the contempt proceedings. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
