% 19.09.2017 CA No.1541/2017 This application is for restoration of the petition being dismissed as withdrawn in view of an undertaking given by the managing director of the respondent company to pay an amount of Rs.10.00Lac to the petitioner on or before 10.04.2017. The said undertaking was accepted.

It is urged by learned counsel for petitioner that only an amount of Rs.42,500/- has been paid by the respondent company as against Rs.10.00 Lac.

Issue notice to non-applicant/respondent through all modes, returnable for 16.02.2018.
