The present petition under Section 397/401 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "(i) To call for the record of the trial Court and to set-aside the impugned order dated 01.10.2015, passed by Shri Sanjiv Jain, Ld. A.S.J. (FTC) Saket, New Delhi and formal charge framed on 5.11.2015 by the trial Court of Ms. Aditi Chaudhury, ASJ, Spl. FTC, South, Saket, New Delhi, in case FIR No. 610/2007, S.C. NO. 16/15 of P.S. Malviya Nagar, Inv. By SIT Crime Branch, U/S 328/376 IPC, qua the petitioner;
(ii) pass such other or further order/orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."
