% 28.01.2016 Despite service, the judgment debtor has not appeared. Accordingly, I appoint Mr. Surinderjeet Singh, Asst. Registrar of this Court, as an officer of the Court, to take all steps in the name of and on behalf of the judgment debtor to transfer the suit property bearing No. 78, Ward No. VII, area measuring 200 sq. yard, Gali Siras Wali, Naya Bans, Delhi - 110006, in favour of the decree holder. The entire expense in respect of the said transfer shall be borne by the decree holder. The fees of the officer of the court is fixed at Rs. 20,000/-. Draft of the sale deed is already on record. List the matter before Joint Registrar for examination of the same on 01.03.2016. In the meantime, the decree holder shall deposit the balance consideration of Rs. 18 lacs in the name of the Registrar General within two weeks.
