% 25.01.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to make a representation that the promotion granted to the post of Technical Officer Grade "B" in Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400 vide order dated 30th December, 2014 was delayed and should have been made earlier. We clarify that this is not the issue raised in the present writ petition or in the original application. We permit the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition. It is open to the petitioners to make a representation, and we would clarify that we have not expressed any opinion on the assertion or statement. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
