On the last date, it was noted that the present petition has been listed subject to an office objection with regard to its maintainability in this Court for lack of territorial jurisdiction. As counsel for the petitioner had submitted that he was indisposed and could not prepare the brief, at his request, the case was adjourned for today. 2.
Today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the order dated 21st December, 2013, passed by the Senior Commandant, CISF based in Vishakhapatnam; order dated 29th March, 2014, passed by W.P.(C) 844/2016
the DIG, CISF at Chennai and the order dated 19th February, 2014, passed by the I.G. at Chennai, before the competent court vested with the territorial jurisdiction to entertain this petition. 3.
