% 29.02.2016 The suit has been settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 01.02.2016 is on record, which has been duly signed by the parties, their respective counsels and learned Mediator. The terms of settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same. Accordingly, the suit has been disposed of in terms of the settlement. The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. Since the disputes have been settled in mediation, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of court fee.
