% 08.07.2017 In the pre-sitting of the Lok Adalat both the sides have agreed to settle the dispute for Rs.1,75,000/- over and above the award payable by the insurance company to the claimant, in appeal for enhancement preferred by the appellant, towards full and final settlement of their claim. Today four cheques totalling to Rs.1,75,000/- have been handed over to the claimants in the Court before us.

In view of above nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the appeal stands disposed of.
