The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.403/2015 registered under Sections 307/147/148/149 IPC at PS RMD Main, Crime & Railways. Status report is on record. 2.
I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2015. The victim - Mahender has since been examined as PW-1. In his testimony before the Court, he has not been assigned any specific role to the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
