% 05.12.2016 Mr. Atul Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed before me a letter dated 3rd December, 2016 written by CBSE to the Principal of Jay Shree Periwal High School, where the petitioner had pursued her Class-X Studies. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr. Kumar states that once the petitioner complies with the directions given in the said letter, the certificate and the mark sheet of Class-X shall be issued to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relevant formalities including the deposit of fee shall be made within one week. Mr. Kumar states that the marksheet and the certificate shall be issued within 15 days thereafter.
