Act with PS Sunlight Colony, New Delhi from proceeding any further with the investigation till the final disposal of the appeal No.852/2015 by the Appellate Tribunal: Municipal Corporation of Delhi. 2.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
