% 23.01.2024 I.A. 1692/2024 (under Section 151 CPC on behalf of the petitioner seeking Withdrawal of the Petition) 1.

An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw the present petition as the matter has been amicable settled under 'Vivad se Vishwas Tak'.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the petition.

The application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly. O.M.P. (COMM) 26/2015 4.

In view of the decision of application I.A.1692/2024, the present petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of. 5.

In so far as the release of money deposited by the petitioner before the Registry is concerned, he is at liberty to move an appropriate application in this respect.
