% 21.11.2016 The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 04th February, 2015 passed in WP(C) 7113/2013 whereby respondent-Bank was directed to permit the petitioner to operate the bank account in issue. Learned counsel for the respondent-HSBC Bank at the Bar expresses regret for non-compliance with the order dated 04th February, 2015. He, however, states that non-compliance with the order dated 04th February, 2015 was on account of reasons beyond the control of the Bank.

At this stage, it is agreed between the parties that the respondent-HSBC Bank shall open a new account in the name of the

law firm-Tottenham India Law Associates, within a period of one week subject to the petitioner executing fresh documents and furnishing KYC documents.

With the aforesaid observations, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
