1. Pursuant to an order passed by this Court, an affidavit has been filed on 16th January, 2020 by Respondent No. 2, enclosing therewith the decision dated 9th January, 2020 regularising the services of 22 of the 23 drivers of NYKS under consideration. It appears that the 23rd driver has expired during the pendency of the present petition.

2. In that view of the matter, the Court disposes of the petition by directing that the decision taken by the Respondents on 9th January, 2020 be implemented without any delay.
