% 10.08.2016 Counsel for the parties state that the matter has been settled on terms between the parties on 08.08.2016 in mediation. Report of the Mediator has also been received along with a copy of the Settlement Agreement.

Counsel for both parties, on instructions from their respective clients, affirm the settlement and undertake to this Court to remain bound by the terms and conditions set down in the settlement. This undertaking is accepted by this Court, and the parties shall remain bound by the same. Counsel for the petitioner states that under the circumstances, he does not want to press this petition any further while retaining the right of the petitioner to institute any fresh proceedings including by way of contempt in

case of any violation of any terms undertaken by the respondent. He is permitted to do so.

Consequently, and as prayed, the petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
