Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the filing of the charge sheet, the matter has already been committed to the Sessions Court. The petitioner is appearing before the Sessions Court regularly. That being so, it is appropriate for the petitioner to move an application before the Sessions Court for grant of regular bail within a period of fifteen days. Interim protection granted to him vide order dated 30th November, 2015 and continued thereafter will continue for a period of fifteen days. Bail Application stands disposed of.
