The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.587/2015 registered under Sections 363/366/376 IPC & 6 POCSO Act at PS Ranhola. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2015. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been filed. The prosecutrix and the petitioner were known to each other. They had established physical relations on the alleged promise of marriage many times. There is delay in lodging the FIR. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
