1. It is pointed out that the order dated 22nd February 2016 has not yet been complied with. The Respondents have not been appearing in the arbitral proceedings. Since the Respondents are aware of the proceedings, they should take effective steps to represent themselves in the arbitral proceedings.

2. It will be open to the parties to seek appropriate interim reliefs before the Arbitral Tribunal on an application that may be filed by either of them in accordance with law.

3. The petition is disposed of.
