PC the petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 1st October 2015 and 17th November 2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, New Delhi. Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the argument in the main petition bearing Crl. M.C.No. 787/2014 has already been concluded and the same is fixed for orders, therefore the present petition may be rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such.
