The petitioner is directed to file a hard copy of the reply affidavit for the perusal of this Court.

Meanwhile, a copy of the reply affidavit of the petitioner has been produced today by the ld. counsel for respondent. The same has been perused.

I have also heard ld. counsel for respondent who submits that directions may be passed for release of the USD 679478.51 in favour of the respondent, as is admitted by the petitioner in their reply affidavit, alongwith interest accrued on the said amount from 20.03.2017 onwards. According to ld. counsel, the total amount payable to respondent as on today would be USD 685492.
