% 26.02.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on behalf of the State for quashing the order dated 24th September, 2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-02, Patiala House New Delhi, whereby the respondent/accused was granted interim bail for a period of three months on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties of the like amount. Admittedly, the period of three months has already lapsed and the petition has been rendered infructuous. More the reason when it has been informed by learned APP for the State that even during the period of grant of interim bail, the accused did not furnish the bail bond.
