% 16.01.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present petition as the charge sheet has been filed before the Court below and cognizance has also been taken. He further submits that the petitioners want to move appropriate application before the Trial Court for compounding of the offence. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application before the Court below, which shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Copy of this order be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioners, as prayed.
