By filing the present application, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole by six weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parents of the petitioner are suffering from various old age ailments and the petitioner wants to spend more time with them. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.01.2016 may be extended for a period of six weeks.

Perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 13.01.2016 the petitioner has been granted parole for a period of four weeks to enable him to file SLP before the Supreme Court as well as to maintain social ties. 4.

Since vide order dated 13.01.2016 the petitioner has been granted four W.P.(CRL) 2747/2015

weeks parole for twin purposes i.e. to file SLP before Supreme Court as well as to maintain social ties, I do not find any justified reason to extend the parole of the petitioner.

Application is dismissed.
