Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter and memorandum of settlement dated 18.04.2016 (Annexure-A) has been executed.

Respondent No.2, who is present in person, confirms that matter has been settled and a memorandum of settlement dated 18.04.2016 has been executed in this regard.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.2 and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the

application is allowed.

The application stands disposed of.
