CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH

O R D E R

% 23.08.2016 CM No. 30687/2016 (u/S 151 CPC) By the present application, the petitioner seeks disposal of the pending matter in a time bound manner preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of such orders. I have already directed that none of the parties would be granted any adjournment by the trial court unless there are able to show exceptional circumstances. It would be appropriate that the petitioner requests the trial court with an appropriate application for urgent disposal of the present petition. Granting the said leave and liberty, the present application is dismissed.
