% 05.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.258/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC Police Station Ambedkar Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in Crl. M.C.5122/2017 the subject FIR has been quashed based on a settlement. He submits that in view of the subject FIR having been quashed, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
