% 18.03.2016 The present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 29.10.2015 passed by the Appellate Court whereby the Appellate Court upheld the conviction awarded to the petitioner by the Trial Court and did not interfere with the quantum of compensation awarded by the Trial Court.

The petition came up before this Court on 18.12.2015 when notice was issued to the respondent No.2 by all modes including dasti. A perusal of the file shows that no steps were taken by the petitioner for service of notice upon respondent No.2. Also, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite second call. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

The order dated 18.12.2015 stands vacated.
