% 13.01.2016 The present petition is filed seeking directions from the Court to summon the witnesses. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. I have been informed by the parties that the next date before the arbitrator is fixed as 15th January, 2016. It may not be possible to summon the witness on the said date.

Under these circumstances, both the parties have agreed that the witnesses be summoned for the next date fixed by the arbitrator. Accordingly direction is passed to summon the witnesses as mentioned in the present petition on the date fixed by the learned Arbitrator on 15th January, 2016.

The present petition is disposed of.
