% 25.02.2016 The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 1st Octobe, 2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts whereby the petitioner was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.2,200/- per month for the wife and Rs.800/- per month for the minor daughter from the date of filing of the application i.e. 9th July, 2012 tilll further orders and one time litigation expenses to the tune of Rs.11,000/-.

The matter came up for hearing on 7th December, 2016 when notice was issued to respondent no.1 on the petitioner filing process fee within ten days from that date.

Neither the petitioner took steps nor he filed the process fee. Even today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecution of the present petition.

Consequently, the petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
