1. This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC) filed by the Petitioner seeking to place on record the Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 3rd October 2016 arrived at between the parties before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. The prayer is also made to dispose of the main petition in terms thereof.

2. It is stated that the parties have settled their disputes and that a SA dated 3rd October 2016 has been arrived at between them. The parties are bound by the terms of the SA. Learned counsel for the Respondent affirms it.
