The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioners praying for quashing of FIR No.275/2013, under Sections 498-A/406/34 IPC and under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, registered at P.S. New Usmanpur and consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of settlement arrived at between the parties.

None has appeared on behalf of the complainant. 3.
On the last date of hearing also, none had appeared on behalf of the complainant.
