By filing the present writ petition from Jail, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of one month on the ground of taking care of his pregnant wife and also for reconnecting social ties with the family & society. 2.

Status report on behalf of the State has already been filed. 3.

Nominal roll of the petitioner has also been placed on record as per which the Petitioner has availed three weeks furlough w.e.f. 29.01.2016 to 20.02.2016.

As per Parole/Furlough Guidelines-2010, a minimum period of six months ought to have elapsed from the date of termination of the previous parole/furlough.

In the given facts and circumstances, the prayer of the Petitioner for releasing him on parole is hereby rejected.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

7.

Petitioner be informed through concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
