The writ petition was disposed of reviving Inward No.178/2015 as also IA No.286/2015 and IA No.287/2015 before learned Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Delhi.

On account of non-functioning of DRAT at Delhi instant application has been filed praying for stay of recovery proceedings initiated by the recovery officer concerning the order passed by learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi which has been challenged in appeal. 3.

Learned counsel who appears for the first respondent bank does not dispute that the principal amount due together with part interest has been received by the respondent No.1.

Under the circumstances, the application is disposed of granting W.P.(C) 11278/2015

prayer as made in the application.
