% 23.02.2017 C.M.No.7580/2017 Present joint application has been filed under Section 151 CPC. The same is duly signed by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondents as well as by the parties to the litigation. It is also supported by the affidavits of the petitioner as well as the respondents.

By way of present application, learned counsel for both the parties state that the matter has been compromised between the parties in accordance with the terms of the joint application. They further assure and undertake to this Court that the parties shall comply with the settlement terms mentioned in the present joint application. The aforesaid statements, assurances and undertakings are accepted by this Court and the parties are held bound by the same.

Consequently, the present contempt petition is disposed of in terms of the present joint application.
