Complainant along with her mother is present. They have been identified by the Investigating Officer present in the Court. 2.

It is informed that the matter has been settled between the parties and they shall be filing the petition for quashing of the FIR. 3.

Vide order dated 01.12.2015, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. 4.

Since the matter has been settled between the parties, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. 5.

The bail application stands disposed of.
