The prayer made in the petition is allowed. Suit No.594/2014 titled as Deen Dayal Vs. Neetu Sejwal (suit for recovery, possession, damages and mesne profits) (ground floor and second floor) be transferred to the Court where the first suit i.e. CS (OS) No.227/2012 inter-se the same parties as also qua the same property although the floor is different in the first suit which is first floor. This is to avoid conflict of judgments. The parties are directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, North West on 18.04.2016 who will pass appropriate orders of transfer of Suit No. 594/2014 to the North District. Ordered accordingly.
