O R D E R

% 01.02.2016 The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition came up for hearing on 3rd December, 2015 when it was adjourned to 10th December, 2015 for filing status report and ultimately on 16th December, 2015, the petitioner was directed to join investigation.

It has been submitted by learned APP for the State that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and is no more required for the purpose of arrest or custodial interrogation.

Consequently, the present bail application for grant of anticipatory bail, is hereby allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting office with the condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when required, shall not tamper with the evidence and shall not leave the country without the permission of the Court.
