The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.179/2012 registered under Sections 498A/304B/302/120B/34 IPC at PS Nihal Vihar. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2012. The petitioner is the deceased's brother-in-law (Devar). Co-accused Neelam (sister-in-law) and Susheela Sharma (mother-in-law) are on bail.

On perusal of the Trial Court record, it reveals that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined. The matter is listed for recording 313 Cr.P.C. statements.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
