% 04.08.2016 Statement of the petitioner has been recorded in the court today whereby he has undertaken to the court not to contest the present petition and to vacate the premises in question by 30.06.2017. Respondents No.2 and 3 are present in person in court and submitted that they have no objection to the undertaking given by the petitioner. Binding the petitioner to his undertaking including his undertaking to vacate the premises by 30.06.2017 and to pay the dues as stated in the undertaking, the present petition is disposed of. All pending applications also stand dispose of. The respondent shall not take any coercive steps till 30.6.2017.

RC.REV. 644/2015 Dated: 04.08.2016 STATEMENT OF SH.ARUN SHARMA S/O LATE SH.JAI PRAKASH SHARMA, R/O IIND FLOOR, 103A, KAMLA NAGAR, DELHI110007 ON SA. I undertake to the court that I shall vacate and hand over possession of the property in question i.e. Second Floor, 103A, Kamla Nagar, Delhi110007 on or before 30.06.2017 to the respondent. I do not wish to contest the present petition and I may be granted protection only till the aforesaid time by the court. I also undertake to pay to the respondent Rs. 1,000/- per month as user charges to the respondents by the 7th day of each Month commencing from September 2016. I shall also pay the arrears w.e.f. 30.05.2015 @ Rs.1,000/- p.m. in three equal instalments i.e. first instalment shall be paid by 15.11.2016, second instalment by 15.02.2017 and third instalment by 15.05.2017.

I shall also pay all pending water and electricity dues payable for the period up to 30.06.2017 before handing over vacant physical possession of the property to the respondents.
