Mediation efforts were successful and the settlement agreement executed between the parties on 09.02.2024 has been received, according to which the petitioner/tenant has handed over possession of the subject premises to the respondents/landlords, who in turn have paid a sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the petitioner/tenant towards money spent on repairs and renovation and cost of fixtures etc. 2.

Under these circumstances, the petition is disposed of as compromised. All pending applications accordingly stand disposed of.
