1. This is a petition under Section 11 (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('Act') seeking the appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes that have arisen between the Petitioner and the Respondent.

2. After some submissions were made, both parties agreed that the disputes between them may be referred to the arbitration of any former Additional District Judge.

3. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr. Balwan Singh Chumbak (retired) Additional District Judge, residing at House No. 5, Sanjay Nagar, Gulabi Bagh, Delhi - 110 007 (Mobile No. 9717577008) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC'). The fees of the learned Arbitrator

will be in terms of the Delhi High Court Arbitration Centre (Arbitrators' Fees) Rules.
