% 03.02.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that the respondent no.2 be directed to remove cell tower situated at H. No.753, 754, Y-Block, Mangol Puri, New Delhi. Status report has been filed wherein it has been stated that cell tower is being operated by Reliance. Mobile tower has been erected without seeking prior permission from respondent no.2. Accordingly, same has been booked as unauthorized construction vide file no.221/UC/BII/RZ/2015 dated 21st December, 2015. A show cause notice has already

been issued under section 343 & 344 (i) of DMC Act to the owner/occupier on 21st December, 2015.

During the course of hearing learned counsel for respondent no.2, on instructions from Mr. R. A. Goel, AE(B), Rohini Zone present in Court, submits that demolition order has already been passed. In view of this, writ petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent no.2 to take action in accordance with law.
