By filing the present bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking interim bail for a period of two months on the ground of taking care of his mother, who has undergone surgery for knee replacement. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Status report has been filed by the State mentioning therein that vide order dated 29.10.2014, the petitioner has already availed parole for a period of six weeks on the ground of illness of his parents, which was extended upto 26.12.2014. It is also mentioned in the status report that another application filed by the petitioner for grant of interim bail on the same ground i.e. illness of his parents has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2015.

In view of the above status report filed by the State, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of interim bail is declined. 5.

Application is dismissed.

The petitioner be informed through the concerned Jail Superintendent about the orders passed.
