Certified copy of the minutes of the aforesaid meeting has been placed on record. Mr. Pushkar Mahatta, one of the director of the petitioner's company is present in the court and on his instructions counsel seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

In view of the aforesaid, this petition and the application are accordingly dismissed in default.
